Your code, your data, and AI.

We use AI agents on every engagement. Here is exactly how, and who answers for the result.

How we use AI

  • Agents write, test and review code under a principal’s direction.
  • We use paid commercial AI services whose terms bar training on customer data.
  • We name the AI vendors in your contract before work starts. You can refuse any of them.
  • We block files that hold passwords and keys from our agents, and we tell you if one is exposed.
  • We keep a record of which parts agents wrote and who reviewed them. You get that record.

Access

  • We work in your repositories and your cloud accounts.
  • We ask for the least access the work needs, and you can remove it at any time.
  • Production changes go through your release process and your approvals.

Accountability

  • A named principal signs every milestone.
  • A model from a different vendor than the one that wrote the code reviews it before the principal does.
  • If an agreed check fails on the code we delivered, unchanged, within 30 days of delivery, we fix it free.

Ownership

  • Once you have paid, we assign you every right we hold in the work.
  • When the engagement ends we delete our copies within 30 days. AI vendors keep their own logs for the period their terms state.
  • We may reuse general methods and tools. We never reuse your code or data.
